Privacy policy
We use your details to answer your enquiry and run your charter, and for nothing else. No mailing lists, no advertising, and we never sell or rent your data.

Who we are
This site belongs to BOB Marine Pte Ltd, 114 Lavender Street, #03-59, CT Hub 2, Singapore 338729. We handle personal data under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). For anything on this page, email sales@bobmarine.com.sg.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through this site, we receive:
- your name and email address, which are required so we can reply
- your phone number, if you give it
- the date, group size and occasion you are planning for, and anything you write in the message box
When you book, we also keep what we need to run the charter: the names and contact number of the person in charge, the number of guests and children, your food and equipment orders, and payment records. Card payments go through a payment provider, and we do not store card numbers.
What we use it for
- Replying to your enquiry and sending a quote.
- Arranging and running your charter, including messaging you the day before with the crew's contact details.
- Taking payment, issuing refunds, and keeping the accounting records the law requires.
We do not add you to a mailing list or use your details for marketing. If that ever changes, we will ask you first.
Who sees it
Our own team, and the operator and crew of the yacht you book, who get the details they need to run your charter on the day. Beyond that, a few service providers handle data for us:
- Cloudflare hosts this site and runs Turnstile, the spam check on our enquiry forms. Turnstile looks at signals from your browser to tell people from bots.
- Resend delivers each enquiry form to our inbox as an email.
- Google Workspace runs our email, so enquiries and booking emails are stored there.
- Google Fonts supplies the typeface on this site. Your browser fetches it from Google, which sees your IP address.
Some of these providers store data outside Singapore. Each is bound by its own contractual data protection terms.
Cookies and tracking
This site has no analytics, advertising or social media tracking, and sets no cookies of its own. The Turnstile check on the enquiry forms is run by Cloudflare under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry or booking. Booking and payment records are kept for as long as Singapore's accounting and tax rules require.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to us using it. Email sales@bobmarine.com.sg and we will reply within 30 days. If you withdraw consent before a charter, we may not be able to run it, and we will tell you what that means for your booking.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
